Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring they are clean and free of any horse hair or debris to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our equestrian specialists inspect the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
